Twitch streamer Fanfan accused fellow broadcaster Alinity of breaking the platform’s terms of service and was surprised to see that she wasn’t banned.

On August 7, prominent streamer Fanfan was checking out popular Twitch clips and stumbled across a video of Alinity who took pads out of her shirt.

“As someone who has adequately reviewed the Twitch TOS, if you know that your n**ples are out, you’re not allowed to have them showing through your top if you’re aware of it. The only time it’s okay to show your n**ples through your top is when you are unaware and it’s an accident,” Fanfan said.

Twitch’s Community Guidelines also have strict rules on what can be shown or focused on on stream.

The platform also doesn’t allow “Content that focuses on clothed intimate body parts such as the buttocks, groin, or breasts for extended periods of time.”

Fanfan’s video calling out Alinity spread through the streaming community and has been viewed over 180,000 times.

The original clip from Alinity is from August 1, and Twitch hasn’t taken any action against the streamer since then.

This isn’t the first time Alinity’s attire has landed her in hot water. Back in 2020, the streamer actually asked Twitch for a longer suspension after being hit with a one-day ban following a wardrobe malfunction.

Twitch has had to take action in the past over streams involving hot tubs and censor bars in the past, leading to several policy changes, as streamers continue to test the boundaries.

The website such no longer suspends creators when the incident is purely accidental, but it’s not uncommon to see streamers toe the line.
