Years after Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox and its roster of heroes (as well as its rogues gallery), we’ll soon see Deadpool tangle with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The first official trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine was dropped at the 2024 Super Bowl. The footage, which lasted just shy of two and a half minutes, revealed just how closely connected the anti-hero will now be to the greater MCU.
Throughout the trailer, Deadpool calls himself “Marvel Jesus”, references Disney and is even tracked down by the TVA. An organization that has only appeared in the Loki TV series.

When in the womb, Charles Xavier attempted to kill Cassandra when he recognized an evil presence within her. While initially it is believed that Cassandra died in the womb, she returns as an adult, determined to get revenge against her brother.
As well exhibiting the same telekinetic powers as Professor X, Cassandra Nova also has various other abilities that include but are not limited to DNA Manipulation, Phasing, Metahuman Regeneration and Trask DNA.

Emma Corrin, best known for their work as a young Princess Diana in The Crown, will be taking on the role of Cassandra Nova.

Corrin was previously confirmed to star in Deadpool & Wolverine in an unknown role. However, it was recently leaked that Corrin will in fact be playing Cassandra Nova.
