The ultimate Steam Deck for Kingdom Hearts fans is now up for grabs

Square Enix and Disney are giving away a Steam Deck OLED signed by series director Tetsuya Nomura, to celebrate Kingdom Hearts on Steam.

Kingdom Hearts on the Steam Deck hasn’t had it easy. The Epic Games Store versions left much to be desired and getting them up and running required some in-depth know-how. Even then, FMV cut-scenes failed to run on the Steam Deck, and fans were left with an enemy far worse than the heartless, unexpected bugs and crashes.With Kingdom Hearts finally on Steam, new and old fans now have a way to play the series natively on the go. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Square Enix and Disney are giving away a Steam Deck, and better yet, it’s signed by Kingdom Hearts director Tetsuya Nomura.

The official Kingdom Hearts X/Twitter account posted the brand new Kingdom Hearts Steam sweepstakes on June 13, alongside the launch of the series on Steam. Here, Kingdom Hearts fans have a chance of winning a free 1TB Steam Deck OLED.

If that’s not enticing enough, the Steam Deck will come with a copy of Kingdom Hearts Integrum Masterpiece, giving access to Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind DLC.

There isn’t only one Steam Deck up for grabs either. “Key Bearer Status” winners will also get a 1TB Steam Deck OLED model, just without the Nomura signature. Additionally, a 512GB Steam Deck and a 256 GB LCD model are also being handed out to “KHonSteam” and general pool winners.

To be in for a chance to win, fans must complete a series of steps from the official Kingdom Hearts on Steam website. There’s a monumental amount of steps to complete, including following the official Kingdom Hearts social media page on X/Twitter.

With 34 steps in total, it’s no easy feat, but worthwhile if you want a chance to win a Steam Deck signed behind one of the key figures behind not just the Kingdom Hearts franchise, but Final Fantasy too.
