Eden Hazard forged a reputation as one of the most entertaining players in Premier League history during his seven-year stay at Chelsea.
The Belgian won two Premier Leagues, two Europa Leagues, an FA Cup and a League Cup with the Blues, but he is not remembered for the trophies he won in England – rather he is mostly revered for the individual entertainment he provided throughout his time in England.
One other thing he is remembered for, though, has nothing to do with his skills on the pitch, although the incident did involve his feet.
Remembered for another reason
Every football fan above a certain age will remember Hazard’s red card for kicking Swansea ballboy Charlie Morgan during a League Cup tie in 2013.
Hazard recently met Morgan, now a multi-millionaire and the co-founder of Au Vodka, and the pair laughed about the incident.

And in a podcast released this week, the topic was raised once more, with Hazard this time stating how there were positives to the suspension he received for sticking the boot into Morgan.
Hazard said: “I was like, after that game I came back home, just saying to myself ‘this guy is just staying on the ball and I just tried to kick the ball and then I get a red card’.
“Then you know the funny story, I couldn’t say that, but my wife was pregnant and the baby was coming so me getting the red card, three games off… you know, perfect holiday, thank you guys.
“Now people are going to think I did it on purpose but not at all!”
