Smash fans everywhere are anticipating CEO Dreamland 2020 as it promises to be one of the biggest events of the year so far.
In addition to Ultimate and Melee, less popular Smash titles such as Brawl, 64, and the Wii U version will have tournaments at the event.
While Smash Ultimate legend Leonardo ‘MKLeo’ Lopez Perez will not be in attendance, many of the top players in the game will be duking it out, including Genesis 2020 champion Tyler ‘Marss’ Martins, Gavin ‘Tweek’ Dempsey, and Ezra ‘Samsora’ Morris.
On the Melee side of things, Jason ‘Mew2King’ Zimmerman will be competing in both singles and doubles while Jigglypuff superstar Juan ‘Hungrybox’ Debiedma will be looking to take the crown for the second straight year.
It’s possible that Melee could see a rematch of last year’s final between HBox and Justin ‘Wizzrobe’ Hallett.
Additionally, CEO Dreamland will be worth points for the recently-announced Smash World Tour as a Gold-tier event. Winning this will put Melee and Ultimate champions 400 points closer to qualifying for the World Championships in December.

CEO Dreamland runs from March 13 – March 15 in Orlando, Florida at the Wyndham Orlando Resort.
kicks off Friday, March 13 with double tournaments and side events beginning as early as noon with doors to the venue opening at 10:00 AM EST / 9:00 AM PST.
