Smash Bros. Ultimate is the latest version of the ever-popular fighting game series. It has introduced more features than ever, giving players many new characters and improving the custom stage builder.

With the release of the game, fans began creating innovative and sometimes hilarious stages, and a fan has now taken it one step further by adding their favorite fast food restaurant.

Toonaurz shared his creation of the Wendy’s stage on September 17 and it quickly gained popularity, with the restaurant sharing it on their twitter shortly after and challenging the creator to a “1v1 out front, no weapons.”

The stage has a fairly simple design featuring some parking spaces, a small building, some seats, and, of course, a giant Wendy’s sign with the restaurant’s famous logo.

Getting the Wendy’s stage

It is very simple for anyone to download and play the stage in-game. All you have to do is enter the stage ID (GB799VXJ) in the Shared Content tab of the online game menu, then launch up a game and pick the stage as your battle ground.

There are also tonnes of other creative stages available to download, such as an office desk stage, a Tetris-themed stage, and even a level from Mario.

Other players seem to have taken a liking to the Wendy’s stage as it received extremely positive responses on twitter.

Some fans even suggested adding it to the competitive pool, also known as making it ‘legal’, but that is unlikely to happen as only some select stages are used, and even those aren’t agreed on by the community and tend to vary from event to event.
