Charging Crystals in The Sims 4 requires you to use the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid, which can be bought for 50 Simoleons.

To use the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid, simply drag your Crystals and Jewelry from your inventory to it. That said, if you’re currently wearing your Jewelry, then you’ll need to take it off first before you can place it here.

Now, there are two requirements to charge your Crystals in The Sims 4. First, the Mystical Moonlight Crystal Grid must be placed outdoors, though it should work anywhere outside as long as it’s within your lot.

Next, your Crystals can only regain charge between 7 PM and 7 AM. It’s also important to keep in mind that the charging progress is dependent on the moon’s phase. With a full moon, the progress becomes way faster.

You can check the charging progress of your Crystals by hovering over them. As long as you notice the Mystical Crystal Grid is glowing, rest assured that they’re being charged.

Additionally, if you’d like to be able to charge your Crystals all day, you can visit special places like Sylvan Glade and Forgotten Grotto.
