The Below Deck Med Season 8 alum Chef Jack had a shaky start in the season but settled eventually. Here is everything you need to know about what the chef has been up to after the finale.
Chef Jack Luby joined the Below Deck franchise in 2023 during Season 8 with 15 years of experience as a chef. However, the newcomer had a hard time adjusting to his job and his coworkers.
Because of his very strong Liverpool accent, the crew had a hard time understanding what he was saying half of the time. Then his skills as a chef were brought into the spotlight and he was called out for making several rookie mistakes.
He was slammed for not being able to cook eggs properly and using unclean spoons to stir pots with food for the guests. But it seems that the new chef needed some time to adjust to his new workplace.
Chef Jack had a glow-up after leaving Below Deck
After leaving The Mustique, Jack went on to do more traveling. He was seen visiting Thailand, and France, and also stopped in Vietnam to teach local kids how to cook.
