Joey Graziadei’s season of The Bachelor recently premiered on ABC, and viewers watched as 32 contestants competed for a rose on the first night.
The Bachelor Season 28 was already full of dramatic moments within the first two episodes, and the season is just getting started.
Joey went on a one-on-one date with contestant Daisy Kent, who revealed that she lost her hearing as a teenager.
Lauren Hollinger also made a dramatic exit before the rose ceremony because she wasn’t getting enough time with Joey and was still grieving the loss of her dad.
Joey Graziadei has multiple criminal offenses
Even though viewers love Joey as the lead on The Bachelor Season 28, it was recently revealed that he had some run-ins with the law that happened when he was in college.
According to Life & Style, the 28-year-old had two violation charges against him in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
The first one was an open container violation in 2014, to which he pleaded guilty for. Joey had to pay a $400 fine, and didn’t get arrested.

A year later in 2015, Joey was given another violation for noise disturbance, pleading guilty and paying a $250 fine.
Joey went to college at the West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Communications and Media Studies.
The Bachelor lead is currently living in Koloa, Hawaii, and has a job as a tennis instructor.
Throughout his time on The Bachelor, Joey is searching for a woman to spend the rest of his life with, and he’s hoping to propose to one of the contestants on the show.
Joey’s criminal charges are from his past, and he’s looking to move forward by thinking about his future.
