Kristen Taekman clapped back when Erin Lichy made fun of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy show.
The Real Housewives of New York City was rebooted for Season 14 featuring an all-new cast, with Bravo promising to give the OGs their own show.
The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip RHONY Legacy aired on Peacock in December, featuring alums Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Dorinda Medley, Kelly Bensimon, and Kristen Taekman.
Since RHONY Legacy was so popular with fans, rumors swirled about possibly combining the new and the old cast for Season 15, but housewives and the casting company denied the claims.

“Cute? Cute’s not the first word that comes to mind when describing RHONY Legacy. Maybe that’s the word you use in your 20s and 30s, but when you’re in your 40s, 50s, and 60s, you use words like hot, sexy, stunning. Maybe you should watch all the other episodes,” Kristen said.
Erin responded to Kristen’s video and apologized for her comments about the RHONY Legacy cast. “Meant no disrespect. I love legacy and the OGs. The show was on the lighthearted side, which is why I called it that.”
She continued, “I use the word cute all the time. I used it at dinner last night five times, and everyone kept poking fun of me. I truly loved seeing them back together and we should continue to see them back together. They’re incredible! Xx.”
Although there may be a divide between the new and old RHONY cast members, fans loved both shows and appreciated the opportunity to meet new faces, while watching the OGs have fun in St. Barts.
