Ahead of Below Deck Season 11, which he is not involved in, Captain Lee just exposed how much he made from Season 10.
One of the biggest personality traits of Below Deck Captain Lee Rosbach is that he has zero filter.
Even though he wasn’t invited back for Season 11 of his series, that doesn’t stop him from weighing in on what happens within the franchise and Bravo news in general.
From calling Tom Sandoval a “poor man’s Johnny Depp” to spilling some tea around the shocking Summer House split between Carl and Lindsay, Lee has managed to keep drama coming.
Now that he is about to star in an Oxygen series instead of sticking with Bravo, the reality TV star is ready to reveal some more details, and this time it has to do with how much the crew members of BD are actually paid.

He said, “The last season I did, we split up a quarter of a million dollars in tips [after six weeks]. Think about it. $1,500 or 2,000 for a three-day charter? That is pretty good money.”
The former crew member did make it clear that when it comes to his co-stars, he has no clue what they made overall.
“As far as salaries go, what someone else makes is none of my business. I negotiate what I want and what I think I am worth. We either come to an agreement or we don’t and I leave.”
Season 11 of Below Deck (the first season without Lee) is set to premiere on February 5.
