Pokemon Go Fest 2024 in Sendai will kick off the in-person events. Once all three have concluded, the worldwide event will run from July 13-14, allowing players everywhere to catch lots of Pokemon with an increased Shiny rate.

Pokemon Go Fest 2024 Sendai event dates
Pokemon Go Fest 2024’s Sendai event runs from May 30 – June 2, 2024. It will be the first of the Pokemon Go Fest 2024 events, with Madrid, Spain, happening from June 14 – 16 and New York, USA, from July 5 – 7, 2024.

How to buy tickets
Those who wish to attend Pokemon Go Fest 2024 Sendai must get tickets through Niantic’s official website. Once you’re there, follow these steps:
- Select Buy Tickets for ¥3600 (¥3100 for earlybirds).
- Sign in with your Pokemon Go account
- Choose ‘Pokemon Go Fest 2024: Sendai
- Then click, ‘Get Tickets‘ and choose the date and time you want to attend.
- Then choose the number of tickets you want to buy and the ticket type
- Enter your payment information then claim the ticket.
Are there any add-ons?
Currently, there are four add-ons available for the Pokemon Go Fest 2024 Sendai event:
Raid Lover: ¥1900
- Up to 18 free Raid Passes per day by spinning Photo Discs at Gyms.
- 5,000 additional XP awarded for completed raids.
- 6 additional Candy for catching Pokémon in 5-star and Mega Raids.
- 3 additional Candy XL for catching Pokémon in 5-star and Mega Raids (Trainers level 31+).
Egg-Thusiast: ¥1900
- 1/4 Egg Hatch Distance.
- 3× Hatch Stardust.
- 3× Hatch XP.
- 3× Hatch Candy.
Citywide Gameplay: ¥2600
- Provides an additional day of the same citywide gameplay available during the event. But it doesn’t include additional Special or Timed Research.
