Pokemon Go Ghoulish Pals, Part Two of the Halloween Mischief event, is now underway, debuting Pokemon like Pumpkaboo, a fresh set of Eggs, and the Collection Challenge. 

Pokemon Go’s Halloween Mischief event focuses on the spooky side of the Season of Mischief and comes in two parts: Creepy Companions and Ghoulish Pals.

Ghoulish Pals continues the spooky festivities by adding Darkrai to 5-star raids, and more. Here’s everything you need to know about Ghoulish Pals in Pokemon Go.

Pokemon Go’s Ghoulish Pals started on October 22, 2021, at 10 AM local time.

When does Pokemon Go Ghoulish Pals end?

Ghoulish Pals ends on October 31, 2021, at 8 AM local time, closing out the Halloween Mischief event.

Misunderstood Mischief Special Research

Misunderstood Mischief carries on the Season of Mischief Special Research and follows the events of the Creepy Companions tasks.

It involves Professor Willow after he has an “eye-opening” encounter with Phantump and Trevenant.

Ghoulish Pals Field Research tasks

Pikachu, Piplup, and Driflim have new Halloween costumes.

Part one of the Halloween Mischief event, Creepy Companions, had some spooky-themed Field Research rewards, with Ghoulish Pals continuing that trend.

These Field Research tasks are available for Trainers to complete between October 22, 2021, at 10 AM, to October 21, 2021, at 8 PM.

Pumpkaboo and Phantump debut

After Galarian Slowking was added in Creepy Companions, part two brings even more Pokemon: Pumpkaboo and its evolution, Gourgeist, and Phantump and its evolution, Trevenant.

Due to this being the two spooky ‘mon’s debuts, neither of them will have shiny variants.

New Pokemon Go size mechanic

The new mechanic shows Pokemon of different sizes.

The second half of the Halloween Mischief event has brought in a new size mechanic alongside Pumpkaboo’s debut.

Currently only available to the ‘mon and its evolved form, the Pokemon won’t just spawn as one size on the map: you’ll see it as Small, Average, Large, and Super Size. This also applies to its evolution, Gourgeist.

Want to add to your Elite Collector medal? Make sure to collect the Pokemon!

Found in the Today View, the Pumpkaboo Collection Challenge will reward Trainers with 5 Rare Candy, as well as adding the Collection Challenge to your Elite Collector medal.

To do so, you’ll need to find 4 different size variants of Pumpkaboo, which are as follows:

• Pumpkaboo Small Size – A common encounter in the wild.
• Pumpkaboo Average Size – One-star Raids and a common encounter in the wild.
• Pumpkaboo Large Size – A rare encounter in the wild.
• Pumpkaboo Super Size – A rare encounter in the wild.

Special Pokemon Go Raid Weekend

On Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 10 AM local time until Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 8 PM local time, there will be a Special Raid Weekend in Pokemon Go.

To celebrate the addition of Mega Absol to raids, the Pokemon, alongside Darkrai, will appear in 5-star raids more often during the event.

Adding to the Season of Mischief Egg chart, the event also adds some scary Pokemon to be hatched from 7km Eggs to add to your team:
