Can Marshadow be Shiny in Pokemon Go?

Currently, players cannot encounter Shiny Marshadow in Pokemon Go or during its debut in the Pokemon Go Fest 2024 event.

In the past, major events like these have offered trainers the chance to purchase Masterwork Research tickets, which have led to Shiny Pokemon encounters, but this is not the case.
