Best Hisuian Samurott builds for 7-Star Hisuian Typhlosion Raids

Hisuian Samurott is one of the best Pokemon to use against Hisuian Typhloshion. While its stat spread focuses more on offense, its Water/Dark-type allows it to resist both Fire/Ghost-type moves. The only thing you need to watch out for is Focus Blast, as it will take double damage from any Fighting-type moves.

Hisuisn Samurott can use Rain Dance to break Hisuian Typhlosion’s Sunny Day whenever needed, which will also weaken its Flamethrower in the process. This can be followed up with Snarl, which will deal damage and lower the enemy’s Special Attack score, while Taunt will stop it from using Will-O-Wisp. A Rain Dance-powered Hydro Pump will also deal much damage during the battle. If healing is needed, bring a Shell Bell into battle.

Best Kyogre builds for 7-Star Hisuian Typhlosion Raids

One of the Legendary Pokemon of Hoenn is ideal for taking down Hisuian Typhlosion. While its solo Water-type doesn’t give it any type resistance, its bulky stats automatically offer it a degree of protection. It also only takes regular damage from Focus Blast.

As Kyogre has Drizzle, it doesn’t need to set up Rain Dance when it enters, allowing it to start blasting with Water Tera-powered Water Spout attacks right off the bat, dealing a ton of damage immediately. Calm Mind can be used to strengthen Water Spout and Surf, while Rance Dance can be used to cancel any additional uses of Sunny Day that Hisuian Typhlosion may possess. Bring a Shell Bell into battle, and keep Surf for when Kyogre’s health gets low, as this impacts the power of Water Spout.

Best Milotic builds for 7-Star Hisuian Typhlosion Raids

One of the returning Pokemon from The Teal Mask, Milotic is the perfect foe for Hisuian Typhlosion. Milotic has the same type situation as Kyogre, being neither resistant nor weak to anything Hisuian Typhlosion can throw at it.

Where Milotic works best is as a team supporter. Safeguard can be thrown up to protect the party from Will-O-Wisp, while Life Dew can heal everyone. Once Rain Dance is set up, Weather Ball can be powered up and used to hit Hisuian Typhlosion for a ton of damage. Keep a Shell Bell handy to restore as much health as possible.
