Pokemon Go Ursaluna best PvP moveset

Ursaluna’s ideal moveset for PvP encounters is as follows:

  • Fast Move: Tackle
  • Charged Move: High Horsepower

This Pokemon’s Fast Moves leave much to be desired, but Tackle is the best of a bad bunch thanks to its higher energy generation, better cooldown, and STAB. It’s probably best to avoid Rock Smash where possible.

As for Charged Moves, the event-exclusive attack High Horsepower stands out, offering huge STAB damage. If you can’t get High Horsepower, we recommend Thunder Punch for the extra coverage.

Pokemon Go Ursaluna best Raid moveset

The best moveset Ursaluna can use for Raids consists of Rock Smash as a Fast Move and High Horsepower as a Charged Move.

Tackle could be the ideal option for a Fast Move due to its STAB benefit, but its coverage is really poor and will only be useful when facing neutral battles. That’s why it’s better to go for Rock Smash, as it works better with Ursaluna’s Ground typing.

For Charged Moves, High Horsepower is the only actual good move this Pokemon has, as the other five lack damage and don’t even benefit from STAB or work well with the Fast Move. However, from a defensive perspective, players could opt for Fire Punch to target Grass-type ‘mons, Thunder Punch for Water coverage, and Ice Punch to take down Dragons.
