The time-controlling Legendary Dialga was introduced back in Gen 4’s Sinnoh region and first appeared in the mobile game in 2019. However, its Origin Forme debuted a few years ago in Pokemon Legends: Arceus and was added to Pokemon Go in 2024.

Best moveset for PvP
The best Origin Forme Dialga moveset for PvP is Dragon Breath as a Fast Move and Roar of Time as a Charged Move.
In this scenario, Dragon Breath is better than Metal Claw as it offers a very high amount of offensive damage, while Roar of Time does the same while lacking drawbacks. Remember Roar of Time is an Adventure Effect that can only be obtained at special events.
However, if you’re looking to add Fairy-type coverage to Origin Forme Dialga, you can always go with Iron Head as your first Charged Move and use Roar of Time as your second one if you can afford it.
