Much like with other sports games, having the best camera settings has a big effect on NBA 2K25. The right setup can make a major difference in seeing the entire court, finding open players, and timing different shots including jumpshots and alley-oops.

Adjusting these settings can be somewhat tricky, especially in online play in The City. We’ve got you covered though with a full look at the best settings, and how to change the camera angle in 2K25.

Best camera settings

Ideally, these are the settings we’d recommend running with for 2K:

  • 2K Low
  • Zoom: 5
  • Height: 7
  • Key Zoom: Off
  • Rev Angle: Off
  • Auto Flip: On
  • Fix Height: Off
  • Flip Style: Spin

Pick a camera angle that will give a good look at the court and all the players on it, but also one where you can see the shot release without being too far away from the action. 2K Low is a good compromise that covers both factors.

Having a slightly higher height will help with the broad visuals, as does a lower Zoom. So keeping the Height at a 7, and the Zoom slightly lower at 5 is a solid combination.

Finally, for some alternative angles, anyone looking for a less competitive, but authentic experience should opt for the Broadcast angle. However, there are also Nosebleed angles that make it look like the view is from a seat on the upper deck.

Additionally, the Rev Angle On and Auto Flip Off will ensure the camera stays stable and that the possessing team will always be viewed from the same lens. One should always want to push up with the ball or otherwise it will be extremely difficult to score from the fast break.

Be mindful, however, that changing the settings in single-player modes won’t carry over to The City.

To change the camera settings for park play in The City, just hit the D-Pad to go through the same options menu.
