Zeroes to Heroes: SwordArt & Bjergsen transform TSM into LoL’s juggernaut

LCS Spring Split is well underway, and one team is bouncing back from a lackluster performance in last week’s matches.
TSM has transformed from zeroes to heroes in just one week of LCS Spring Split, with cohesive plays silencing their opposition as they go undefeated once again in their second set of games.
Taiwanese newcomer Hu ‘SwordArt’ Shuo-Chieh led the charge in an oppressive fashion against Immortals, obliterating any chances his opponents had against reclaiming the game. This stamped out the stark contrast of critics hitting him with a slew of negatives in the opening week after he was previously heralded as the answer to the team’s shot calling issues, but didn’t step up to the plate.

The foundation for the team’s overall improvement is undoubtedly head coach, Søren ‘Bjergsen’ Bjerg. The former star mid-laner has found his feet as the coach, ironing out the kinks within the team, steamrolling through the bot lane as they prove their worth, with mid-jungle duo Mingyi ‘Spica’ Lu and Tristan ‘PowerofEvil’ Schrage roaming frequently to the lane as a tactic to increase their drake control and KDA while they were at it.

Facing 100 Thieves next week, this upcoming grudge match will show how much the team has improved in such a short time while also being a good test for TSM as the Thieves are sitting joint top with Cloud9.
