Teamfight Tactics first released back in June 2019 and it quickly rose to the top of Twitch as viewers took a quick likening to the game, even featuring a couple of Twitch Rivals tournaments.
Viewership has since dropped off to a lower, but more consistent level, usually finding itself with around 10,000 viewers. Riot still supports the game and has big plans in store the next season.
Of course, we have the mobile release to look forward to but there are also more Little Legends, more arenas, and a rotating selection of heroes on the horizon.
The future is definitely bright for TFT so the next season, or right now even, will represent an excellent jumping-on point for fans on the fence.
One thing that rival developer Valve over Riot was a mobile version of their auto battler Dota Underlords but with that playing field now leveled, it’ll be interesting to see what the two companies have in store as the competition ramps up.
