There are many Physical characters in the Honkai Star Rail, including 4-star and 5-star options for different purposes in combat.
So far, Honkai Star Rail features Lightning, Physical, Fire, Ice, Quantum, Wind, and Imaginary characters – with each element having some incredibly powerful units.

Clara
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: The Destruction
She may look small and unimposing, but the colossal Svarog, a robotic relic from a past civilization, joins her. According to her official in-game description, Clara is a shy young girl with no home, which has ultimately led to her joining the prospectors in order to survive.
As a unit from The Destruction Path, Clara favors combat situations where she can attack from the frontlines. Her rating as a 5-star makes this pint-sized character an incredibly popular character.
Natasha
- Rarity: 4-star
- Path: The Abundance
She is a kind-hearted doctor who works in the Underworld, where medical resources are few and far between. Natasha can restore her allies’ health based on her own HP with her Ultimate and provide continuous healing with her Skill.
Sushang
- Rarity: 4-star
- Path: The Hunt
This powerful unit is a member of the Cloud Knights and wields a deadly Greatsword. As a newcomer to the duties of a knight, she idolizes the historical legends of the Cloud Knights and is eager to become such a figure herself.
Sushang deals Physical DMG based on her ATK to a single enemy. The character’s Ultimate can advance forward her actions by 100% and ATK by 18%.
Trailblazer
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: The Destruction
Trailblazer is the playable protagonist of Honkai Star Rail. Like Sushang, Trailblazer deals Physical DMG based on their ATK. However, they can target adjacent enemies with their Skill and Ultimate. Trailblazer’s Talent boosts their ATK by 10% each time they inflict Weakness Break on an enemy. However, this can only stack two times.

Luka
- Rarity: 4-star
- Path: The Nihility
Luka is a boxing champion of the Belobog Underworld. This character excels at dealing Physical DMG based on his ATK but also inflicting the Bleed status on enemies. Luka can also increase DMG received by a target by 12% for three turns with his Ultimate.
Argenti
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: Erudition
Argenti is a knight of the “Order of Pure Beauty” who devoutly admires the missing star goddess “Pure Beaty” Idrila. They are known to spread the name of Idrila whenever possible.
Argenti is an Erudition character specializing in dealing damage to multiple targets, especially with Ultimate. However, he requires Support teammates to regenerate Energy needed for his powerful Ultimate.
Hanya
- Rarity: 4-star
- Path: Harmony
Hanya is one of the judges of the Ten-Lords Commission. “Of the four duties of a judge (detention, imprisonment, punishment, and interrogation), Hanya is charged with the last task. She specializes in reading the karma and sins of criminals and records their crimes and punishments with the Oracle Brush,” her description reads.
As a Harmony character, Hanya can boost the party’s SPD and ATK and apply Burden onto enemies. This effect restores Skill Points, making her an excellent unit to have.
Boothill
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: The Hunt
Boothill follows the Path of The Hunt, relying on Break Effect to increase the power of his single-target attacks. Like Firefly with Fire Weaknesses, Boothill can inflict Physical Weakness onto enemies, which is ideal for those who specialize in dealing Break DMG.
Robin
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: The Harmony
Robin is essential if you’re looking for someone to provide party-wide DMG and CRIT DMG buffs. Also, Robin’s Ultimate can cause her teammates to take action immediately. We recommend placing Robin on a follow-up attack team to regenerate Energy quicker for her Ultimate.
Yunli
- Rarity: 5-star
- Path: The Destruction
Yunli is an upcoming 5-star character on the Path of The Destruction who will be released on July 30, 2024. Yunli’s kit allegedly revolves around dishing out counterattacks, but we will officially know more information following her banner debut.
