Chevreuse is a brand new 4-star unit in Genshin Impact. Here is a discussion on whether she is worth pulling or not in the game.
Genshin Impact version 4.3 phase 2 banners feature both Raiden Shogun and Yoimiya. Alongside them, a new 4-star unit has been introduced in the game called Chevreuse. She is a 4-star Pyro Polearm user and has made an appearance during the story of 4.3.
Even though her character received a lot of praise from fans, it is natural to question her effectiveness in battle. This is because, 4-star units are not always worth the Primogems, especially in situations when you are not targeting the 5-stars in the banner.
Here is a discussion of whether Chevreuse is worth your Primogems or not in the game.
Should you pull for Chevreuse in Genshin Impact version 4.3?
Yes, Chevreuse is worth pulling in Genshin Impact version 4.3. She is one of the best 4-star units in a while and has become a top-tier character that will make a lot of teams viable. The key idea behind Chevreuse is that she revolves around the Overloaded reaction.
However, if you trigger Overloaded, she reduces the Pyro and Electro resistance of enemies by 40%. Additionally, she can heal you as well which is a massive positive for any support unit in the current meta.
Therefore, she can replace someone like Bennett and thereby free up that unit for other teams. Additionally, the buff Chevreuse provides is on par with Constellation 2 Kazuha (using Refinement 1 Iron Sting), which means you can free up another extremely powerful unit for more versatility.
The only disadvantage of Chevreuse is that she can only work in teams that are built around Overloaded reactions. However, she buffs up the damage output of those teams to the extent that you can run those efficiently in the Spiral Abyss as well.
The best team for Chevreuse will be Raiden National where you will replace Xingqiu and fully focus on the Overloaded reaction. Additionally, you can place her in a team comprised of Yoimiya, Bennett, Raiden Shogun, and Chevreuse.

You can also consider running Chevreuse in the Raiden hypercarry team by dropping Kazuha. The key aspect to consider here is that you are freeing up these powerful units to run in other teams which was impossible up until this point.
In short, it is quite understandable on why HoYoverse decided to put Chevreuse in the Raiden Shogun banner.
At the same time, the damage boost you are receiving is quite substantial, which means the performance of the teams does not drop under any given condition. Finally, it is vital to clarify that even though Chevreuse can perform her magic at Constellation 0, she becomes even stronger at Constellation 6.
