Wuthering Waves is a brand-new open-world Action RPG developed by Kuro Games. This latest title features cutting-edge graphics, stylish characters, an engaging story, and thrilling combat.
However, it also features a gacha system where you get to pull characters from banners. Every patch update in Wuthering Waves will last six weeks, featuring two limited character banners divided between three weeks each.
The limited banners need 80 Radiant Tides to pull for your desired character. In addition, these limited-character banners are accompanied by the signature weapon banners. The 5-star from the weapon banner is guaranteed for 80 Forging Tides.
There are also two beginner banners and a standard banner where you can use Lustrous Tides to pull for a standard character. So, with Wuthering Waves version 1.2 phase 1 officially live, we’ve covered every current and future banner.

What is the current banner?
The first phase of Wuthering Waves version 1.2 features the 5-star Rectifier Glacio Resonator Zhezhi in the Chromatic Prose banner. In addition to Zhezhi, you can also pull for the following 4-star units:
- Baizhi (4-star, Glacio, Rectifier)
- Sanhua (4-star, Glacio, Sword)
- Chixia (4-star, Fusion, Pistol)
When does the current banner end?
Wuthering Waves version 1.2 phase 1 begins on August 15, 2024, and ends on September 5, 2024. You have three weeks, which is enough time to save wishes and pull for Zhezhi.
Version 1.2 phase 1 weapon banner
Wuthering Waves version 1.2 phase 1 features the 5-star Rectifier Rime-Draped Sprouts in the Absolute Pulsation banner. This weapon is the best-in-slot Sword for Zhezhi and is guaranteed to drop. You can also wish for the following 4-stars from the same banner:
- Dauntless Everynight (4-star, Broadblade)
- Hollow Mirage (4-star, Gauntlet)
- Jinzhou Keeper(4-star, Rectifier)
What is the next banner?
After Zhezhi’s banner comes to an end, Wuthering Waves version 1.2 phase 2 will be released. During this the following 5-star will be available:

When does the next banner start?
Wuthering Waves version 1.2 phase 1 banner will start on September 5, 2024, and end on September 26, 2024. Hence, you have a lot of time to save and pull for Zhezhi.
Version 1.2 permanent banners
The current patch of Wuthering Waves features two different permanent banners to choose from. All permanent banners need Lustrous Tides for pulling.
Tidal Chorus
Tidal Chorus is the standard character banner in Wuthering Waves. You cannot target any 5-star in this banner, but you are guaranteed one within 80 pulls. The 5-star units in this banner are:

Weapon Permanent Convene
This is the permanent weapon banner where you can pull the one you want. The 5-star weapons you can pull from this banner are as follows:
- Emerald of Genesis: Sword
- Lustrous Razer: Broadblade
- Static Mist: Pistol
- Abyss Surges: Gauntlet
- Cosmic Ripples: Rectifier
You will need 80 pulls in total to pull for the weapon of your choice.
