EA FC 25 brings a new season of Ultimate Team, which means the return of the Team of the Week cards that have become a staple of the mode.
While EA SPORTS likes to mix things up every year with new special cards, from Heroes and Icons to regular promos, the TOTW items arrive like clockwork. These in-forms are awarded to the best real-life performers in a single game week, whether it’s domestic or international.
Here’s everything you need to know about the EA FC 25 Team of the Week, including when they arrive and our predictions for TOTW 1.
TOTW 1
On September 18, EA Sports released the first Team of the Week in EA FC 25. Among the players who received cards were Ousmane Dembele, Lionel Messi, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Here’s a look at the full team:
- ST: Karim Benzema (87 OVR)
- LW: Ousmane Dembele (RW, 87 OVR)
- RW: Lionel Messi (89 OVR)
- LM: Trinity Rodman (86 OVR)
- RM: Klara Buhl (LM, 85 OVR)
- CM: Denis Zakaria (84 OVR)
- CM: Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (CAM, 86 OVR)
- CB: Theo Hernandez (88 OVR)
- CB: Gabriel (87 OVR)

It should be noted that this TOTW encompassed the first days of early access in Football Ultimate Team. Additionally, players on the 18th and 19th could pull or add TOTW cards through the Web App.

What is TOTW and when it is released?
Much like with EA FC 24 and past games, the Team of the Week is a set of upgraded items of base items, reflective of paste performances of the past week. Generally speaking, the best performers from across the world over that timespan are eligible for a TOTW card.
Team of the Week is released every Wednesday at 1 PM ET/6 PM BST. However, times can fluctuate at or around Daylight Savings Time changes in October, November, and March.
We’ll be keeping this page up to date with all the latest TOTW squads, so make sure you keep an eye on EA FC 25’s highest-rated players every weekend to see how they get on. If one of the fastest players or someone with five-star skills is included, their cards could completely break the meta.
