There are currently over 140 different Cookies to get hold of in the popular gacha mobile game, meaning you’ll be hard-pushed to ‘bake ’em all’. As such, it’s important to build an effective team rather than focusing on unlocking every addition in the game. After all, if you want to go far, you’ll need to know whether to prioritize the current spotlight or event Cookies or focus on unlocking a Rare instead of a Legendary.

Meta analysis
Thanks to a multitude of updates and new Cookies, plenty has changed in our Cookie Run Kingdom Tier list. Most notably is Twizzly Gummy Cookies major improvement. Thanks to her Electrojelly Gun and Magic Candy, she’s an insane damage dealer now, going from B-tier to S-tier.
On top of this, plenty of the newer Cookies are increasingly powerful. The likes of Rebel Cookie and Mystic Flour Cookie have proven more than worthy fighters for your setup.

Rebel Cookie
Best Toppings: Juicy Apple Jelly, Swift Chocolate, Searing Raspberry
Rebel Cookie has massively risen in power since he was released and currently sits as the best Ambush Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom.
Thanks to some well-placed toppings, upgrades, and some tactical crafting, players are able to get to 1 million power with this fighter, which is unfathomable for most other characters, especially given this is only an epic Cookie.
With fast cooldowns, some incredible skills, and a high natural power, if you pull Rebel, you should add him to your team instantly and consider yourself very lucky.
Stardust Cookie
Best Toppings: Swift Chocolate, Juicy Apple Jelly
Stardust Cookie is part of the game’s current meta for a reason. Sure, they’re typically a rear assault, which can be tricky, but the damage resist, counters, and overall DPS is worth any sort of investment you’ll need to put into them.
If you’re looking to run a powerful Assault team or Cookie and you don’t have Rebel, then Stardust should be your next choice.
Black Raisin Cookie
Best Toppings: Swift Chocolate, Juicy Apple Jelly
Black Raisin Cookie is a fantastic Ambush Cookie to fight with, sitting at the middle of the battlefield. Despite being introduced back in 2021, she’s constantly receiving updates and powerups, keeping her position as one of the strongest out there.
From the offset, her DPS is extremely strong, making her ideal for guild battles and boss fights. Combine this with the cheap upgrade cost and lack of investment for a high return and you have an affordable and strong Epic Cookie.
Black Pearl Cookie
Best Toppings: Swift Chocolate, Solid Almond, Searing Raspberry
Acting as the second Legendary Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom, Black Pearl Cookie is a powerful yet tricky addition to your team.
She’s tough to pull considering her Legendary nature, but if you do you’ll have damage resist bypasses that dominate arenas and debuffs that will just destroy most of what’s in your way. She takes a fair bit of investing and leveling up, but it’s well worth it if you’re lucky enough to grab her.
Vampire Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry
Vampire Cookie has the capabilities to be incredibly powerful, especially for an Epic addition. Interestingly though, it’s not the Cookie that brings the power, but rather the candy.
Adding Regenerating health from damage, bleed, and 100% crit chance causes Vampire Cookie to essentially lock onto the enemy and destroy them in just a few hits. For the most power, focus on and Toppings, and level him up as much as you can. Then, add him in with the boss fights and watch him go.

Black Lemonade Cookie

If Rebel Cookie was the best Assault Cookie, Black Lemonade is the best Bomber. Without any doubt, this Epic character is incredibly powerful and a fantastic addition to any team.
Sure, she’s a niche addition and is pretty situational, but once you’ve honed her toppings, leveled her up and found that niche, you’ll be able to decimate enemies in almost every battle.
Captain Caviar Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry, Swift Chocolate
Added back in 2022, Captain Caviar Cookie has been a beloved addition to teams for years now, and rightly so. He’s powerful debuffer and ideal for clean kills once the enemy’s defense is down, especially in PvP games.
What really sells Captain Caviar Cookie is his versatility, however. If you want PvP strengths, Exploration domination, or boss kills, this character is the one to choose.
White Lily Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry, Swift Chocolate
White Lily Cookie is a relatively new addition to Cookie Run Kingdom but has quickly cemented herself into the game’s meta. This Ancient is the only bomber of that class and decimates enemies with long-ranged blows along your adventure.
White Lily Cookie thrives in most situations thanks to her restoration and debuff resists along with the general damage from single hits and periodic damage from her Lily Bud. All-in-all, this isn’t an Ancient you want to ignore, regardless of the pull rate.
Prune Juice Cookie

Prune Juice Cookie is a quick, efficient, and easy-to-upgrade killer. No matter the battle you get into, if you have a high-powered Prune Juice Cookie you’ll dominate before the enemy realises what’s happened to their team.
Prune Juice Cookie is often considered the Poison King due to his incredible damage and should not be missed.
Sea Fairy Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry, Swift Chocolate
Sea Fairy Cookie isn’t as good as the previously mentioned Bomber Cookies, and has slipped down the meta a little since she was released back in 2021. Nevertheless, she’s still one of the bet Bomber Cookies available in the game.
Sea Fairy Cookie is primarily powerful in Master Mode and can be a little niche, but her instant skills and intense damage keeps her relevant all these years later.

Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord) is one of the newest Cookies to join the game, coming in June 2024. Though traditional Dark Cacao has been in the game for years, this is the Awakened version.
Dark Cacao Cookie (Dragon Lord) is a deadly Ancient+ Cookie that basically took the insane power of it’s original format and doubled it. If you’re looking for a Charge Cookie and are lucky enough to get him, he’s worth adding to your team.
Stormbringer Cookie
Best Toppings: Juicy Apple Jelly, Searing Raspberry
Stormbringer Cookie is one of the most overpowered additions to the game, dealing tons of damage, transferring that damage between their Inflicting Zap skill, and even pushing enemies backwards to stop them from attacking.
Whether its powerful attacks, buffs, control abilities, or just general power, Stormbringer Cookie is the one for you.
Pitaya Dragon Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry
Pitaya Dragon Cookie is a fantastic Charge Cookie to use in almost any situation. They have three phases to their abilities, with the last one enabling them to turn into a dragon and destroy anything in front of them. Combine that with Snapdragon and you’ve got a pairing made in heaven.
The only downside is how tough they are to get hold of, being Dragon. But, if you manage to pull them, they’re perfect.
Schwarzwalder Cookie
Best Toppings: Solid Almond, Swift Chocolate
Schwarzwalder Cookie is about as tanky as he looks. This Cookie can not only deal impressive damage, but take it too, making him ideal in any situation.
Add this to his Hammer Shock debuff, removing attack and extra skill damage, with his Howling buff to increase his own attack speed and damage resistance and you have a jack-of-all-trades, and a master of all.
Burning Spice Cookie
Best Toppings: Searing Raspberry, Swift Chocolate, Solid Almond
Burning Spice Cookie is one of the five Beast Cookies available in Cookie Run Kingdom. As such, it’s important to note how tough it is to get hold of him. Though, if you do, you’ll be almost unstoppable in any fight.
If strength and damage are your aim, Burning Spice Cookie is the best decision you could make. With his Tyrant’s Wrath and Fire Pit, players will be able to deal incredible Fire and Explosion damage regularly, all on top of his powerful normal hits.

Crimson Coral Cookie

Crimson Coral Cookie is undeniably one of the best Tanks you can have in Cookie Run Kingdom, especially when you choose the above toppings, to align with the current meta.
While she’s certainly powerful, players must ensure she’s the only front cookie in the team due to her Coral Armor buff, which will grant damage resist on all your allies. Combine these, and you’ve got an unstoppable wall between your allies and the enemy.
Hollyberry Cookie
Best Toppings: Solid Almond, Swift Chocolate
Acting as one of the five Ancient Heroes, Hollyberry is by no means easy to pull, but if you do, you’ll never change her out. She’s undeniably one of the strongest Cookies, and therefore most powerful Defence Cookies in the game.
Her lack of overall power may be misleading, but her defense is ridiculously high, especially if you use a great Beascuit and upgrade her as much as possible.
Elder Faerie Cookie
Best Toppings: Swift Chocolate, Solid Almond
Elder Faerie Cookie is fantastically versatile, fending off attacks with high Defence and HP. Though, unlike Hollyberry, Elder Faerie Cookie has a pretty impressive power and punch if you use the best Toppings and Beascuit.
To excel with this Cookie, level him up every chance you get and prioritize his Toppings. Once you do that, you’ll have a brilliant Defence.
