Fortnite star Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney has claimed that the game is “dying” and has hinted that he could switch over to streaming another game very soon.

When it comes to streaming Fortnite on Twitch, Tfue is one of the biggest names. He may not have had the success that he hoped to have at the Fortnite World Cup, but his channel is still the biggest hub for fans of the Epic Games title to congregate at in order to see some jaw-dropping plays.
Yet, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows for Tenney. Season X has frustrated him to the point of slamming Epic Games on a number of occasions, which isn’t helped by him being stream sniped on a consistent basis.

Combine all those factors together and it seems to be leading to a blow-off point, with Tfue once again turning his crosshairs on to the developers and stating that he needs to finally start thinking about playing something different.
During his August 29 stream, where he was battered with a barrage of stream snipers in solo games, the Twitch star said: “Dude, this game is honestly so bad. Like, it’s so fucking terrible. I need to start streaming other games because this game is fucking dying.”
After a momentary pause, as he seemed to assess his landing spot, Tfue briefly continued with this anti-Fortnite tirade. “This shit is so garbage,” he added, before setting himself up to begin looting and looking out for enemies on his position.

It isn’t exactly the first time that Tfue has come to that realization, though, as back in February he labeled the game as “boring” and “stale,” just as Respawn Entertainment hit the battle royale market with Apex Legends.
Unlike many of his fellow content creators, he didn’t make the jump across titles during Apex’s incredible early peak, but the option is still on the table for him – so long as he wants to give up building.

Whether or not Tfue will take his insane skills to a different virtual battlefield is up in the air, but it is definitely something to keep an eye on. It looks like a switch it very much on the cards.
