North American esports organization 100 Thieves have bid three of their professional Fortnite players farewell.
100 Thieves released Fortnite Battle Royale players ‘Kenith’, ‘Blind’, and ‘SirDimetrious’ from their competitive roster on September 3.
“Today we part ways with @Kenith, @Blind, and @SirDimetrious,” they tweeted. “Thank you for representing us, and we wish you nothing but the best in your competitive careers in Fortnite.”

“I owe a lot to (100 Thieves) and can’t thank them enough for letting me (be) a part of their journey.”
“I’m going to continue streaming and competing in Fortnite. I know I complain about the game a lot, but it’s only because I’m so passionate about it. I’ve wasted a mountain of opportunities and never played up to my potential. I do believe I will play up to my expectations eventually. Just upset that I wasn’t able to live up to those expectations when it mattered.”
No longer with @100Thieves . They were nothing but the best to me these last 14 months. I owe alot to them and can’t thank them enough for letting me apart of their journey. https://t.co/vROJgkiPKU

SirDimetrious also tweeted out his own post regarding the departure, in which he stated that the reason why he was released from the organization was because he stopped creating Fortnite content.

“The bottom line was that I pretty much stopped streaming Fortnite entirely,” he said. “Unlike Kenith and Blind, I was signed as a content creator, yet spent most of my time on Fortnite (starting season nine) practicing off-stream for the World Cup Qualifiers.”
He will still be competing in Fortnite, but will focus his content creation on other games like Destiny 2.

Kenith first joined 100 Thieves back in June of 2018, and was one of the first players signed when the organization first dipped its toe into competitive Fortnite.
SirDimetrious joined that roster also in 2018, shortly after Kenith, while Blind came on board in February 2019 as a promising talent.
Unfortunately, none of them qualified for either the Solos or Duos finals at the recent $30 million Fortnite World Cup.
Following the changes, 100 Thieves’ Fortnite roster now looks like this:
- Hayden ‘Elevate’ Krueger
- Davis ‘Ceice’ McClellan
- Brandon ‘Klass’ Weaver
- ‘Kyzui’
