A manager at Little Caesars lost it after they demanded they give him a $7 refund on pizza, and the internet totally sided with the manager.

As a food service worker, it’s often hard to keep your cool when you’re presented with difficult customers on a daily basis. We saw this when a Starbucks employee made a viral list of how ‘annoying’ customers should correct their behavior when ordering at the drive-thru.

It’s happened again with a Little Ceasars customer claiming they got food poisoning from the pizza. “I’ll give you your money back,” the manager says, in a video that has gotten over 4 million views. “You don’t have to record me. I know what I said.”

“You put garlic butter all over it, no wonder you got sick… “You just talked before you turned your camera on, Mr. ‘I got food poisoning 2 seconds after I ate.’”

“I don’t let liars come to my store,” she adds. “You said you got Staphylococcus meningitis from garlic butter, that is a lie.”

“I said about three words before you started yelling at me. You need to work on your customer service,” he responded.

“Am I supposed to a** kiss just because you bought a $7.99 pizza?” she claps back.

People support Little Caesar’s manager

While the poster of the video may have been looking to get some support after their interaction with the manager, things went the other way entirely.

“Bruh, you ate it THEN brought it back,” one viewer said, slamming the TikToker in question.

“Bro you said you got staphylococcus meningitis? And you self diagnosed within hours of eating and seem to feel just fine? Come on dude,” another asked, clearly amused.
