EA SPORTS appear to have a problem they need to look into as FIFA 20 players are reporting at least one of its Squad Building Challenges in Ultimate Team has bugged rewards.
As many will know by know, SBCs give club owners a chance to trade in a number of specific players and in return, grab themselves a number of different rewards. These can vary from coin bonuses, packs, and of course promo cards as well.
However, after completing one of them in the online game mode, some members of the community are reporting issues with the Liga NOS League SBC. After handing the correct players in to check it off, they are being given the wrong players in rewards.
The Portuguese league challenge requires players to go through each team in the country’s top flight and create a Squad Builder for each of them, including the likes of Benfica, Porto, and more.
According to the FUTBIN database, this FIFA 20 challenge will set players back a whopping 215,000 on PlayStation 4, 309,000 on Xbox One, and 337,000 on PC platform – leaving those who have poured time and effort into finishing it off only to get the wrong rewards, quite irritated by the situation.
The problem was posted to Reddit by user Aivoongk on March 17, who spotted that the SBC was giving out players from the China Super League instead, with users reporting the bug on both PC and Xbox One.

In actual fact, the rewards for this challenge should be a Player Pick choice between two SBC special cards – Rodrigo Battaglia (84) from Sporting Lisbon, or alternatively, Shoya Nakajima (84) from Porto.
There have been wrong rewards handed out in the past with FIFA 20, including a time where Player Picks bugged for those who had competed in the Weekend League, and this appears to be a similar issue – with the incorrect selections being made available.
At the time of writing, EA have not publicly addressed this glitch, although players will be hoping that it is resolved swiftly because until then, their hard work to grind through the Squad Building Challenge looks to have not been worth the hassle.
