Banned FIFA pro Kurt ‘Kurt0411’ Fenech has launched yet another scathing attack at EA SPORTS, slamming their actions towards content creators and calling the publisher a “tyranny.”
Kurt has never been one to keep his opinions to himself – it is one of the reasons he has been suspended and, ultimately, banned from competing in FIFA 20, following a string of offenses which finally prompted EA to stop him appearing at their events.
Of course, this hasn’t stopped Kurt from being honest with his followers, and he has now spoken out against the company once again, calling them a tyranny and sending a warning “to anyone that intends to call out EA on their bullshit.”
Alongside a series of screenshots, each depicting notifications of copyright strikes or warnings from both Twitch and YouTube, Kurt struggled to contain his fury at EA.
Kurt tweeted: “Warning to anyone that intends to call out EA on their bulls**t. They will now copy-strike your content and try to get your channels deleted. This is a tyranny that will stop at nothing.”
He then conceded defeat, adding: “I surrender.” The screenshots show multiple instances of his content being targeted, including at least eight clips from a single stream on February 13.

What exactly Kurt claims to be surrendering from is unclear. It seems unlikely that he’ll stop creating content altogether, nor that he is willing to stop giving his truthful opinions on EA or FIFA in general.
Many of the replies to his tweet were in full support of him voicing his opinion on the matter. One follower tweeted: “The entire community must support Kurt including the YouTubers and streamers. We need to fight this tyranny of EA. That is no longer acceptable.”

The next day, Kurt followed up with a tweet saying that they’re “too busy finding ways to copy-strike me and, meanwhile, there’s a no loss glitch well and truly alive on FUT champs.”
It seems that regardless of what action EA takes, Kurt isn’t willing to ignore his morals and will keep calling them out until he’s happy with the product.
