You might see creators use this in the captions of their own videos, or use it to refer to other people’s content in the comment section.

For example, if someone is showing off their outfit, or revealing a personal achievement, someone might say “slay” or “yaaaas, slay queen” to celebrate how that person is doing well for themselves.
You can also say that you “slayed” something when referring to something you wore particularly well, or something you did.
