The joke in question went as follows: “Why did Barbie never have kids?”

Alinity guessed that the answer may have to do with the doll’s infamously impossible measurements, which would prevent her from walking upright and even lifting her head.

“Because she doesn’t have a period,” Alinity speculated. “I read somewhere that if Barbie were a real woman, she wouldn’t even be able to give birth.”

However, the joke’s punchline was far more obscene, reading, “Because Ken always came in a different box.”

Daily Mail UKBarbie’s real-life measurements would give her major difficulties performing basic tasks, like walking and even lifting her head – were she an actual human.

Alinity seemed to struggle with the punchline’s meaning, wondering if it was in reference to the two literally being packaged in separate boxes.

“Okay, I think I get it?” she continued. “Because they couldn’t make babies inside the box?”

Her chat quickly came to the rescue, explaining that the word “box” may also act as a crude name for female genitalia.

Alinity appeared to be shocked and appalled at the joke – much to the amusement of her viewers.
