Tfue dances shirtless on stream after losing Fortnite bet with viewers

Thanks to ending up on the wrong end of a Fortnite wager with his viewers, Twitch star Turner ‘Tfue‘ Tenney had to dance shirtless live on stream.

When it comes to making promises on stream, Tfue should use his latest experience as a lesson for why he should think twice in the future.

On August 3, the Fortnite World Cup finalist pledged to his audience that if he ended up getting eliminated by one of the game’s new BRUTE mech suits, he would take off his shirt and dance in front of the camera.

Surely enough, as destiny would have it, he did indeed fall victim to an enemy robot, putting him in a corner from which the only way out was to shake his hips on stream.

“I need to explain to people why I’m even doing this in the first place,” he said with a smile on his face. “I literally for some reason said, if I die to a f*cking mech this game, I’ll take my shirt off and do the Homer Grind. Just take the mechs out of the game”

Tfue put up a bit of a fight before actually agreeing to go through with his promise, initially fearing that he would in violation of Twitch’s terms of service.

However, thanks to some strong persuasion from his ex-girlfriend and online celebrity Corinna Kopf, who was on the call with him at the time, he ultimately went through with the dance.

“Okay, let’s f*cking go!” she said. “Stop stalling, rip that shirt off, and let’s see that grind!”

His dance move of choice was the Homer Grind, which is the nickname given to a dance performed by Homer Simpson in the hit TV series The Simpsons.

The dance involves putting your hands in front of your face while grinding the air, and, according to Urban Dictionary, is considered an indication of the performer’s desire to have sex.

Tfue has done the Homer Grind on stream before, albeit with a shirt on, including this impromptu dance session he held after chugging beers with his former FaZe Clan duo Dennis ‘Cloak’ Lepore.

Whether or not Tfue had fun doing his shirtless hip thrusts, we may never know. But if he didn’t, he may want to rethink about making such promises to his viewers in the future.
