Canadian Hip-Hop artist Nav has proclaimed himself the best Fortnite player of any rapper, and is willing to put $10,000 on the line to prove it.
A multi-talented artist, Nav is a singer, rapper and record producer, known for his merging of genres with trap, emo-rap, ‘SoundCloud rap’ and autotuned crooning, rising to popularity with his self-titled breakout mixtape.
And, like many other Hip-Hop artists including Drake, Travis Scott, and Lil Yachty, NAV is also a Fortnite fan.
However, he isn’t just a fan, as Nav believes he is the top dog in the Fortnite rap game, and is so confident he wants any other rapper who thinks they are better to put up $10,000.
During a live stream captured by DJ Akademics, Nav says “I’m not the most talented at the game, but I’m taking the title as the best rapper at Fortnite,” before offering up his proposition, “any rapper that wants to face me in Fortnite in playground, $10,000 games let’s go.”
He takes it a step farther, saying not just $10,000 per game, but $10,000 per kill. So in a 1v1 challenge in Playground, that could rack up some serious cash.

So who is Nav’s potential competition? The aforementioned Drake, Travis Scott and Lil Yachty are all decent players, but there is a whole selection of rappers who are known to be partial to some battle royale action.
Chance the Rapper, Ski Mask the Slump God, Trippie Redd, Smokepurpp, WifisFuneral, Ugly God, Logic, BlocBoy JB and Yung Bans have all shown interest in the game, according to Complex.
With some of the cash these names brag about in their music videos, surely a $10,000 game of Fortnite wouldn’t be out of their range. Plus, Nav says he would live stream it too – which would no doubt pull in some crazy viewing figures.
