Ninja and Myth have shared a turbulent friendship since the two became known for their Fortnite talents late in 2017, with controversies over Ninja not wanting to play with Myth given his tendency to use profanity in his language.

Regardless, the two have remained good friends and can be seen occasionally still playing together on their Twitch streams. Despite not necessarily being considered the top two players in the world anymore, both still enjoy plenty of Fortnite and have impressive in-game stats.

Their affable rivalry continued as Ninja, while live streaming from Poland on March 10, took a friendly shot at Myth, recalling when the TSM player fell to his death at the Vegas tournament, joking that he had “fell off a lot”.

Ninja was being asked by co-hosts about the ‘Ninja Vegas’ Fortnite tournament that took place in April 2018. He started by saying that he was surprised the tournament was able to draw so many “incredible players” to the event, going on to joke that “Myth was there, obviously… he, you know, fell off a lot.”

If you couldn’t tell, Ninja is clearly joking, shown in his reaction after the comments in which he coughs suggestively. “Shoutout to my Myth,” he smiles, before offering an apology: “Sorry man.”

Myth’s skill as a Fortnite player can’t be doubted, but it’s perhaps fair to say that the competition has now caught up with him, especially when it comes to building, a mechanic which he is credited with innovating in the early days of Fortnite’s popularity.
