YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg is competing with Bollywood label T-Series for the most subscribers – and he has received help from one of YouTube’s biggest stars, in the process.
PewDiePie called on controversial YouTuber Logan Paul for help in his task during an episode of ‘LWIAY’ on December 5, asking that they put their differences aside and claiming that he was “desperate” for assistance.
Paul has since responded to Pewd’s cry for aid – with a few surprising twists. Paul agreed to help the Swede in a response video on December 6, and is even raising a massive charity fund.
Paul placed a trackable link in the description of his video, which automatically subscribes users to PewDiePie’s channel (if they aren’t, already).

In addition, Paul claimed that he will donate one Swedish Krona for every subscriber gained (via his link, only) to the Kevin and Margaret Hines Foundation, a Swedish charity that aims to normalize the conversation around suicide and mental health.

Paul even created a special hashtag for the movement, dubbed ‘#PewDiePaul’ – but that wasn’t the end of his scheme. As payment for helping PewDiePie in his fight against T-Series, Paul sent him a special article of Maverick merch, which he required that Pewds wear in one of his upcoming videos.
While PewDiePie has yet to meet this demand, he has seen help from multiple YouTube stars in the midst of his battle, with the likes of Markiplier, Justin Roberts, and even major celebrities promoting his channel in the face of his Bollywood nemesis.
