KSI seemingly confirms boxing rematch with Logan Paul amid cancellation rumors

The boxing rematch between YouTubers Logan Paul and KSI appeared to be over for good – but now, the two could be set to face off in the ring once more.

KSI appeared to confirm his rematch with Paul in an Instagram comment, where he claimed that he wasn’t ducking their bout as Paul had previously claimed.

“I’m not dodging you,” KSI clarified. “I’m fighting you. Case closed. You ain’t gonna be able to hold onto me for dear life this time. Trust me.”

Paul appeared to be excited by KSI’s response, replying with an enthused, “LEGGOOOO!”

In fact, KSI’s comment was made in response to Paul’s sparring footage from August 2018, which showed the YouTuber facing off against an array of opponents.

“I’m a jokes guy, but don’t sleep on the bad mothafucka inside me,” Paul said of the video. “KSI is doing everything he can to dodge this fight and tbh i don’t blame him. I’m collecting skulls this winter.”

Paul even went on to challenge his own brother, who took a fight against YouTuber Joe Weller on March 23.

News of the KSI vs Logan Paul rematch comes as a welcome surprise, as KSI appeared to call off their bout in favor of a match with Jake Paul in early March 2019.

After Jake expressed interest in fighting KSI (both on Instagram and Logan’s ‘imPaulsive’ podcast), KSI seemed to be down with the idea, as stated in DMs to Drama Alert’s KEEMSTAR and a series of scathing Tweets toward Paul shortly thereafter.

KSI accused Logan of being “irrelevant,” and offered to throw down with him after taking on his younger brother, later asking Jake if he was game for the main event on the rematch card.

Although originally penciled in for February 2019, KSI later announced their rematch for November 2019 – meaning that fans have eight months to wait for the thrilling conclusion to the YouTubers’ historic beef.
