Twitch streamer Kai Cenat told rapper Nicki Minaj that he will be going to jail for seven days during an unexpected collaboration between the two stars, leaving some fans panicked.
Kai Cenat is one of Twitch’s top stars. The streamer boasts over 7 million followers on the platform and draws enough crowds to literally start a riot.
As one of the net’s biggest broadcasters, Kai also rubs elbows with major celebrities on a regular basis. In the past, Kai has hung out with the likes of SZA, Offset, and even Drake, who FaceTimed him while the streamer reacted to his new album during a broadcast earlier this month.
The latest celebrity Kai hung out with was none other than Nicki Minaj… but he dropped a major bombshell during their conversation that’s leaving fans worried.
Kai Cenat claims he’s facing jail time during call with Nicki Minaj
On October 24, Nicki Minaj was on Instagram live when Kai Cenat joined her on the broadcast while munching some chips — but the ‘Trinidem Girls’ rapper didn’t seem too impressed with him.
After roasting the streamer and accidentally hanging up on him, the two shared a conversation, during which he told the ‘Harajuku Barbie’ that he was going to jail for a week.
“I’m about to go to jail,” he said.
“What?” Nicki replied, seeming totally shocked.
“You got my bail? You gonna bail me out, or nah?” Kai asked.

“Why are you going to jail?” Nicki asked.
“Seven days, it’s crazy, for real. ‘Cause I have to.”
Kai then confirmed that this was not due to the riots, saying “hell no” to Nicki’s question.
Although Kai was cagey about the reason why he’s supposedly facing jail time, he did ask Nicki if she’d ever bail him out, claiming he’d bail her out if she got locked up. She said that she would, leaving the streamer quite chuffed by her response.
Kai Cenat teases ‘7 Days In’ jail stream
However, it doesn’t look like Kai is actually going to jail. Instead, he was referring to his upcoming live-streamed event, called ‘7 Days In,’ where he and a group of high-profile celebs and creators will spend seven days in jail with cameras following their every move “24/7.”
Thus far, a slew of big names have been announced to take part in the stream, including rapper Offset, Chrisean Rock, streamer YourRage, and even YouTubers RDC World, among others.
The moment between Nicki and Kai has gone viral online, leaving fans completely shooketh that the ‘Chun-Li’ rapper finally linked up with Kai months after saying she actually “liked him a lot.”
Yeah, that’s right; queen Nicki actually said she wanted to stream with Kai earlier this year, and even texted Kai during one of his broadcasts back in May.
