Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau finally tied the knot on July 28 after short whirlwind romance and fans who paid to watch the couple’s wedding livestream are not happy, claiming that it was unwatchable.

While Jake and Tana’s matrimony might have made headlines for the fist fight that broke out during the event, fans who dropped a whopping $50 on a livestream pass to watch the event on Halogen are not happy with the service they received.

Angry tweets surfaced in droves, as hundreds of disappointed viewers took to Twitter to express their outrage at the lack of quality for the price paid.

“I want a refund!”

Multiple pass purchasers reported that Halogen’s livestream chugged along like a steam train, rather than providing the exceptional quality you’d expect from a ticket with such a high price point.

Entire sections of the wedding were also left without audio, so viewers couldn’t even hear what was going on at the event when the video lacked.
