Cavill’s appearance as Superman has been rumored for some time, going all the way back to 2016 before Black Adam began production.
Superman was featured in 2019’s Shazam, though the cameo only showed the hero from the neck down.
Cavill deserves another chance to wear the cape, so we’ll be crossing our fingers when Black Adam releases on October 21, 2022.
