Although popular Twitch streamer Dr Disrespect is the two-time Blockbuster video game champion, his therapy skills might need some work, as evidenced by his hilarious interaction with a distressed fan.

The Doc went live with an Apex Legends stream on April 3 when he received a distressing donation message from a fan named ‘Missy,’ who claimed that her boyfriend of 3 years had just broken up with her.

“Doc, my boyfriend of 3 years just broke up with me,” the message read. “I feel like I can barely make it through the day. What can I do to feel better and not feel like I’m dying all the time?”

Dr Disrespect’s loveline

Dr Disrespect advised the fan to take a dive into large bodies of water – although he fumbled the execution in a hilarious way.

“I would go jump into a swimming pool,” he began. “Or, if you’re near the ocean, go catch some waves. Just let the waves pound you to death.”

The Doc quickly realized his mistake and backtracked, admitting that he should have phrased his advice in another manner.

“Actually, I probably should have rephrased that,” he continued. “Let the waves crash into you, and then feel the wave. What I’m saying is, it’s like throwing a cold bucket of water over your body to wake you up. That’s all I want you to do.”

The Doc gets roasted

The Doc’s relationship advice fail follows yet another hilarious debacle that took place during TimTheTatMan’s stream, where a young Fortnite player had a scathing take on the two-time Blockbuster champ.

“I’ve seen like the [Most Twitch Viewed Clips] like ‘Doctor cheats on wife,’” the youngster said after being questioned about Dr Disrespect. “That was hilarious. That was funny.”

While TimTheTatMan tried put a halt on the conversation, the Doc took the situation in good spirits, writing, “Jesus christ!!!!” in Tim’s chat.

The child’s comments were in reference to the Doc’s own relationship troubles, which were made known during a December 2017 stream when he admitted to infidelity against his wife.

While his surprising admission of guilt shocked fans across the space, he has since returned to Twitch in a major way, even featuring his four-year-old daughter, ‘Baby Disrespect’ in occasional, heartwarming broadcasts from time to time.
