Dr Disrespect breaks fourth wall in The Division 2 with brilliant phone call sketch

It’s not often that you see the fourth wall being broken on video games, but Dr Disrespect pulled it off in style when playing The Division 2. 

The popular Twitch streamer, who has over 3.3 million followers on the platform, is well-known for providing some incredible video production for his fans and he decided to take it to a whole other level on the new Division game. 

After his character stopped in the middle of the road and whipped out their phone, so too did The Doc in a hilarious interaction. 

Dr Disrespect has built a reputation for producing countless funny moments in his Twitch livestreams.

“Yeah hello. Good to see you man,” Dr Disrespect said, pretending to respond to a call from his in-game character. “If you can accomplish the next mission with all headshots I’ll throw a Lamborghini in there.”

The Doc joked that Twitch would grant his character a brand new 2019 Lamborghini Aventador if he completed the mission on those terms. 

However, it’s unknown how his character was responding. For all we know, he was saying he didn’t need a new sports car.

It didn’t stop there. Dr Disrespect’s flip phone started to ring soon after and – of course – it was his character again. This time he seemed to be stressed about the mission he was undertaking. 

In an attempt to pacify his anxiety, the streamer calmed down the character before he ran away to complete another part of the mission.
