Popular Twitch streamer Alinity Divine is known for the multiple controversies that have cropped up throughout her career on the platform, as well as the hilarious moments that happen during her streams – one of which caused her to do a little “dumpster diving.”

There are many divisive flavor combinations in the world, with pineapple and pizza being just one of them. However, Alinity isn’t a big fan of mint and chocolate, which resulted in her throwing out some mint chocolate truffles on stream.

Alinity was in the middle of an Apex Legends broadcast on June 14 when a viewer and Twitch staff member gave her a harsh ultimatum: either eat the mint truffles she’d just thrown in the garbage, or they would leave and never watch her stream again.

This left Alinity with a difficult choice: would she eat the truffles out of the wastebasket, or let the viewer go on their merry way?

Rather than lose a loyal viewer, Alinity dug out the truffle from the garbage and ate it on stream, appearing to immediately regret her decision.

“I can’t believe it,” Alinity said before biting into the candy. “…I am going to eat it, okay? I’m going to eat this so that Lyle comes back here. Because I love Lyle. …I’m not grossed [out] because it’s in the garbage, I’m grossed [out] because it’s mint!”

Rather than eat the entire truffle, Alinity threw it back in the bin when she was halfway through, leaving the stream to literally “wash her hands” of the hilarious moment.

While Alinity lashed out at the site for her recent ban, claiming that Twitch should have punished the user responsible for streaming the content, she was reinstated three days later, and continues to create memorable (and equally hilarious) interactions with her viewers – including eating chocolate out of the garbage can.
