A domestic Airplane was forced to land after a passenger tried to open one of the doors in the middle of their flight.
The innovation of flight has allowed mankind to do plenty of things, travel the world, visit unexplored places, connect with old family members, and even migrate to completely new countries if needed.
Of course, that’s not to say it doesn’t have its downsides. Cramped spaces, expensive costs, and awful airplane food can make the traveling experience less than enjoyable. Not to mention people who are scared of flying can have drastically different times than those who aren’t.
This makes flying one of the more contentious topics for many, as some people absolutely love it, while others completely despise it. Part of the despise camp must be one passenger, who decided that they would leave mid-flight, opening the door while in the air.
As recounted by another passenger on the flight, about 30 minutes into their travels away from Albuquerque, the frenzied passenger tried to depart a tad earlier than expected. It took six other men to wrestle the passenger away from the door, then duct tape his legs and throw flexible handcuffs onto them.

After the commotion, the flight was able to safely land back in Albuquerque, meaning no one was injured or hurt. The passenger was then escorted out by security, finalizing the entire ordeal.
The passengers aboard said flight were told they were not flying out until tomorrow morning, delaying their potential plans and forcing them to stay overnight at a provided hotel.
At least their mid-flight mania was over for now, and it gave them a bit of respite to calm down from the craziness that had just occurred.
