A talented cosplayer gave anime fans chills with her Demon Slayer Nezuko Kamado costume, bringing the beloved human-turned-demon to life.
Demon Slayer is one of the breakout anime shows of 2019 as its dark story about a boy named Tanjiro Kamado avenging his family after they are slayed by a demon gripped millions.
One of the most compelling parts of the show is the protagonist’s sister, Nezuko Kamado, who is turned into a demon, and a skilled cosplayer stunned fans with her true-to-life costume of the tragic sibling.
Nezuko brought to life
In the anime series, Nezuko is the only surviving family member of protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, and he is thrust into a journey to lift the curse from his sibling and revert her back to human form.
Popular cosplayer ‘anongnoon‘ blew away fans with her perfect recreation of the character, as her incredibly accurate costume made it seem like the demon had jumped from out of the screen.
Nezuko infamously has a bamboo gag in her mouth, so when her demon urges to kill humans flares up, she can bite down on the device instead, which the artist faithfully recreates.

The Thailand-based cosplayer impressed fans with her intricately detailed light pink kimono, which the anime character wears throughout the series. She even nailed the geometric lines on the cloth.
After the Kamado sibling is turned into a demon in the story, her eyes turn from a red hue to a striking pink color, which the artist managed to capture in her stunning photography.
Anong has built up a following of almost 9,000 followers on her Instagram, as she continues to impress anime fans with her faithful depiction of popular characters.
