Warzone teasers reveal first look at new Season 3 Verdansk map & Gulag

In the aftermath of Warzone’s nuke event, our first teasers of the Season 3 map have started to appear online following the latest update, revealing new looks at the likes of Superstore, Stadium, and even the next Gulag.

Mere hours after a nuke was finally dropped on Verdansk, players are eagerly awaiting what comes next. With the Season 3 update now available, our very first teasers of the next map have started to appear online.

Through the ‘rebirthfromtheashes’ website, various codes are now revealing first-looks at the new version of Verdansk. A number of fan-favorite locations are instantly recognizable, ranging from Superstore to Farmland, and even the Stadium.

While these teasers remain somewhat cryptic, this could all but confirm which POIs will still be around in Season 3, along with which new areas we can expect to see.

‘Red Door’

Both Array and the mysterious ‘Red Door’ teaser appear to be entirely new in Warzone.

All of the returning locations appear slightly different to their earlier forms, supporting the previously leaked 1980s Verdansk. There’s no telling just how different these might be from what we’ve grown accustomed to over the past year, though we won’t have to wait long to find out.

Moreover, the site also gave a first look at the brand new Gulag for Season 3 as well.

The area is reminiscent of Standoff from Black Ops 2, with terrain mapped out in a very familiar way.
