Christopher ‘Parasite’ Duarte has shared his thoughts on how to help competitive Call of Duty grow and reach a larger audience.

Parasite responded to people suggesting that it would make CoD esports more popular by saying “people are drunk if they think allowing everything would make competitive bigger” and “cheesy equipment isn’t going to make things more entertaining or visually pleasing”.

The 24-year-old also thinks that having skins, or camos, is of the utmost importance, saying “skins for the love of god”.

From Counter-Strike: Global Offensive to Overwatch and Dota 2 to Fortnite, the incentive to earn, or purchase, new skins and items seems to be key in keeping players actively invested in a game.
