OpTic Gaming’s early exit from the 2018 CWL Championship sent a shockwave throughout the competitive Call of Duty community.
For many, it was hard to believe that such a premier organization and team could be eliminated so early during one of the largest tournaments of the season.
Various community members eventually weighed in on the momentous loss, including Nadeshot, who was the OpTic Gaming Captian for multiple years prior to retiring in 2015.
He mentioned how even though the defeat may have been unfortunate, Scump and Crimsix are still two of the best players to ever grace competitive Call of Duty, regardless of the outcome.

At the time of writing, it is unknown if OpTic Gaming plans to make any roster changes following their 17-24 placing at the 2018 CWL Championship in preparation for the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 season.
