100 Thieves owner and CEO Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag has made a bold prediction for his Call of Duty team despite admitting that he was disappointed with their performance at CWL Las Vegas.

The 100 Thieves squad headed into CWL Las Vegas with plenty of excitement and hype around them. Their roster, which boasts 2018 CoD Champs runners-up Kenny ‘Kenny’ Williams, Maurice ‘Fero’ Henrique and Ian ‘Enable’ Wyatt, created a lot of buzz and excitement once it was announced.

The additions of former OpTic Gaming player Sam ‘Octane’ Larew and assault rifle star Austin ‘SlasheR’ Liddicoat immediately put them in the conversation for being one of the most talented team in Black Ops 4. However, they failed to meet the lofty expectations placed on them by only finishing with a top 12 placement.

100ThievesThere is still plenty of excitement around the 100Thieves roster.

Nadeshot already shared his thoughts on the team during one of his live streams and preached patience to fans. He added further analysis to his previous statements in the team’s post-Vegas event video ‘Falling short at CWL Las Vegas’ before making a bold claim for their year ahead.

“Listen, it’s December. We have a long year ahead of us with this team,” he said in his final speech of the team’s video.

“There is such a high ceiling in terms of the talent we have and once we can figure out what we’re doing wrong and start approaching game types and decisions that we make in the right way, I truly believe that we are going to be a top two team on paper and a top two team in this game. “

Nadeshot added that he wants his team and organization to experience the ‘hype Call of Duty moments’ that he has been promising and that there is a long way to go in the Black Ops 4 season.

The 100 Thieves players still have plenty of things to figure out in the game, especially after failing in another online tournament. While fans and critics have stated that they may have to make a roster move, there has been no indication from anybody that they will do so.
