While the Seattle Surge lineup features some of the most accomplished players in competitive Call of Duty history, will the starstudded roster be able to right their wrongs and improve their position in the CDL standings moving forward?
Having missed only one CDL event thus far throughout 2020, the Seattle squad has fought through adversity already and most recently, competed at the Los Angeles Home Series after one of the most significant roster shuffles to date.
Benching Ian ‘Enable’ Wyatt on the back of a ninth-place finish at the Minnesota Launch Event, and a sixth-place finish in London, the Surge pushed Casey ‘Pandur’ Romano into the starting five ahead of the LA visit where they finished in fifth with one series win and two losses.
While benching Enable may not have been the immediate solution that the team sought, they have just over two weeks to hone in with the new lineup before heading to the Dallas Home Series on March 28.
